Matthew knew exactly what to do

We have had the pleasure in working with Matthew McDowell from Southern Homes and Rentals in three separate real estate endeavors: he was our real estate agent as first time home buyers, as our property manager when the military took us overseas, and finally when we decided to sell our home. In our experiences with Southern Homes, all have reached above our expectations and have been easy and pain-free. I honestly did not have the first idea on what to look for in buying a home, or what steps to take in buying, renting or selling a house. Matthew knew exactly what to do and took out all of the guesswork. We are so happy we found him, because he is the best at what he does. He is professional, straightforward and to the point and can break down the information in a way that is relatable to the client. In all of our experiences, he has fought for our interests and achieved results. I cannot recommend Matthew and Southern Homes and Rentals enough. We recommend him to all our friends in the Augusta Area, and would gladly use Southern Homes and Rentals again if we should ever move back,
